Catalog Updates

We’re giving users more power to design and organize their Academy Catalog with the help of our newest updates including custom page management, flexible layouts, and precision filtering. Now Admins can create Catalogs that are fully integrated pages, giving complete control over how customers discover and navigate your training content.

Academy Gradebook

Say goodbye to grading one Guide at a time. Admins can now grade multiple Contacts' submissions from a single view with the updated Academies Gradebook to speed up the feedback cycle.

AI Search Answers

In addition to surfacing relevant content, Learner search can now include an AI-powered answer, generated based on your existing, accessible content. This provides additional context that can help a learner determine what content might be best suited for them. This can be toggled on in AI Settings.
